1) Is color matching offered in this product?
A) Color Matching is not offered in this product as it's UV printed and colors can deviate 10-20% depending on colors
2) Can i print Gold and Neon colors?
A) Only CMYK colors can be printed, Gold and Neon cannot be printed as they are not ink colors
3) What is the Card Warranty?
A) Card warranty is valid upto 24hours after you receive this order, The card will work well if proper care is taken while using. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and water
4) Can i submit my own QR Code?
A) We always recommend you to submit your own QR Code, If you're not able to, we generate QR Codes from online available websites to help you in this regards, however we do not claim any gurantee of the QR if it will work in future or not nor we we liable for such instances after delivery of the product as the QR is generated from 3rd Party Softwares
5) Can i change my google review link later?
A) You will not be able to change google review link once the card is delivered, please ensure you enter the correct link while ordering
Shipment policy
www.easyprintuae.com provide Shipping for UAE only through our delivery division. We will confirm the shipping cost for delivery outside UAE, which will be done through a reputed agent.
FAQs on shipping
When will I receive my shipment?
We ship your order within 3-4 days from the date of order. Usually you receive goods within 2-3 days from the date of shipment from our end.
How much shipping cost for delivery within UAE?
Shipment is free for any purchase above AED 200. For purchase below AED 200, shipment cost within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman is AED 10 per shipment and for other Emirates cost is AED 15 per shipment.
The shipping cost for delivery outside UAE will be inforned post your confirmation of order. Your order will be shipped only on your confirmation of shipping cost. Shipping cost will be paid by customer on delivery.
Shipping cost of AED 20 for product return will be charge to customer except for cases where the product received is not in good condition. The condition should be confirmed immdiately at the time of delivery and customer should not accept the product.
